Terms and Conditions

Payment: If other agreements are made in advance, settlement for services is expected at the end of the project.

Estimates: OK Auto and Body Shop reserves the right to alter any assessments it provides if unexpected damage or necessary repairs are discovered during the servicing procedure.

Warranty: OK Auto and Body Shop offers a limited warranty on all repairs and services, besides our assurance of the quality of our work. Refer to our warranty document for specific information on limitations.

Insurance Claims: To make the claims process easier for our clients, we work with all the main insurance carriers. Payment, however, ultimately rests with the owner of the car, and any discrepancies or disputes over insurance coverage must be resolved directly with the insurance company.

Customer Satisfaction: Customer obligations include providing the correct information about their vehicle and permitting any necessary repairs or maintenance before work is started. If this still needs to be done, there might be delays or extra costs.

Liability: OK Auto and Body Shop disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to personal items left inside cars while they are being serviced.

Privacy: We respect our client’s right to privacy and manage personal data following relevant privacy laws and guidelines. Without prior authorization, personal information collected to provide services will not be shared with outside parties.
